Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder and mis-behaving towards customer
Dear Sir,
we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no- 831, Ward no-7, Shaji bhavan, chemmakkad, Perinad-691603, Kollam, Kerala, and user of Indian gas. In our Area MINI GAS AGENCY is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

booking date is 17.11.2009.
Expected delivery was 28.11.2009
but regret to inform that till today (15.12.2009) we have not received. The last delivery was on (27, 10). The gas agency then informed the next booking can be done after 20 days. So I booked my new cylinder on (17, 11). They informed to deliver within 10 days after booking. Whenever we ring up they either don't pick up the phone or just cut it in between conversation.we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
