Indian Oil Easy Fuel Card
Not able to use the prepaid card

Hi,

I have got an Indian Oil Easy Fuel card along with my new car. The card was filled with Diesel of Rs. 26000 and after I used that card for few swipes the card suddenly stopped working. I logged a complaint with IOC customer care but there is not turn around on my complaint since last 10 days.

I am loosing the validity period and this would cause me a loss of around 15, 000. Can you anyone help me out in getting this resolved?
