Indian Oil Fuel Pump

Respected Sir..

Am Sanil, doing Computer networking as a student. My Motorbike is down by the shortage of fuel near Kulanada at 2:30 PM today. That time i have only 20rs in my hand. I told my problem to the Pump manager (Rajavalsam Fuels Kulanada)

but he does'nt give the fule he told, that as per the Indian rool the minimum rate of fuel is 40 rupees... And he does'nt give the fuel... am not the only person to face this type of incident from this pump..

Sir, i belive u that you can take any action to this Unauthorised

rule.sir please help me.
