No booking on phone

I live in meerut and the gas agency that is ram poorna isn not doing any booking as the telephone is always not responding as it is engaged and we face a lot of problem visiting the gas agency as there is alot of people in queue and there is not computerised system for booking and we lose a lot of time in that way
