My Name is Malay Roy from Bolpur (WB). My Consumer No. IJ5623 (KF0805). I have booked for a gas cylinder refill on 20-12 with M/s Manikamal Gas Agency, Bolpur, dist-birbhum, West Bengal. Even though it is nearing 30 days since when I got my last cylinder (29/11/09), I did not get my refill from Indane dealer M/s Manikamal Gas Agency, Bolpur till now.
Please look into the matter. An immediate action is requested.
These not only a case for me but for the entire population of bolpur municipality who are suffering of this weird rule and insufficient gas supply. Need your attention to look into the matter. Please note that it’s a regular problem with this gas agency dealer.

NB – Please keep in mind As per rule of this gas agency one can not book an order for cylinder refill within 21 days after one gets a cylinder.
