Non despactch of the parcel bearing booking no. 07R 065657

Dear Sir,

I had booked my own motor cycle bearing reg no. JH 01D-4541 on dated 14th Dec'09 (make bajaj caliber, colour red) at HATIA station destined for TALCHAR but till date, i.e., 28th Dec'09 i have not recieved any information on arrival of the motor bike at Talchar Station. Concerned about the status of my booking bear no. 07R065657

I would request your kind self to do the need ful at earliest.
