Cylender is not given by the deale

Dear sir,

i booked a cylender on 08/10 but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer on dated 16/10. i booked my cylender at parul gas agency, distibuter of indian oil corporation ltd., Jarodha, Sant Nagar, Burari my consumer no. is 12054. dealer never given me cylender on time since 1 year. Also they are not picking up the phone. There phone numbers are 276133301, 27615721. please take action on it either i will go to consumerfourm with in two days.
