Expired cylinder and misbehavior
My consumer no.71554 and I am a resident of T1, Shri Balaji Apartments, 7/9, Sanakarapuram First Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 94 (My cell No. is 09677031117) M/s Bashyam Gas Service, Kodambakkam, Chennai (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. I have booked for a cylinder 25 days ago. At that time they told me within 15days it will come. Today (22/12) one guy came with an expired cylinder (It was marked as C10, means already expired). When my wife told him to change the cylinder, he is not willing to change and he is compelling my wife to take the expired cylinder. Since it is an expired cylinder she denied to take the cylinder. He started scolding and went off with the cylinder. When I am trying to contact Bashyam Gas to complaint about this they are not picking up the phone.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to give a valid cylinder, and have some system to ensure only valid cylinders are distributed to end users.
