I am indane lpg customer (consumer no.28803) & my distributor is... sona enterprises a72/2, masoodpur (vasant kunj), NEW DELHI... few months back when i went at their office for booking of lpg they told me that u can only book ur lpg on net or on cellphone... so from approximately last 6 to 7 months i am booking the lpg on net... on net system does not accept booking before 21 days... so when distributor receive the booking he mention on every occasion booking date 3 to 4 days ahead... for example in janauary i booked the lpg after 21 days on 27 th of janauary... but when i receive the lpg booking date on bill (bill no.577) was 1 st of February (six more days)... after that i went to their office & told all the problems... but they simply told me that they cannot do anything in this matter... but this is a very big problem for me so i kindly request to authorities to do the needful in this matter..thanks
