TDR refund

I have booked a ticket for journey from Etawah to Delhi on 4.02.11 from LAL QUILA Express. This train reached at my boarding station after 12hrs of its schedule arrival. I did not tk journey and file TDR . I got refund value that is half of my booking amount. As per your conditions given on net if train is running late by more than 3 hrs, 100% amount will be refunded. My details are as under
