As per railway rules and regulation if any person did not travel due to too much of late (more than 3 hours) and travel by different mode they give us money as TDR process its time about 3 month as per norms said but they do not follow the rules and did not give me my money back through TDR since 5 month time is over the details as listed below.
My TDR has not been given from your side till this date; what is the problem with eastern zone
Please give me proper guidance for that how do i get my money back.
