Today that is on 24 jan... person giving ticket had fight with one standing ahead of me in que. though the ticket window was to close after 5 min he did it before. i wanted to refill my smart card which is done on that window only. when i went to another window he refused me and said to go to west for which i have to buy platform ticket. and when i finally decided not to refill my smart card and buy a ticket he took money and return the ticket after giving 10 others standing behind me only because i stood against them... this was so frustating...
