Wrong update on 139

This feedback is regarding railway enquiry service available on 139. I would like to draw your kind attention towards wrong updates available on 139 leading to passengers trouble. Today, i.e. on 16-04, I had to board Geetanjali Superfast Tr. No. 2859 from CST. Train is reportedly late by approx. 5 Hrs. However, we got information on 139 regarding train being on time. Even after one hour of it's scheduled departure time, it was reported to be running on time, when equired at 139.

This is very unfortunate and unlike for Indian railways. Thousands of passengers get affected due to these type of wrong information available on railway enquiry nos.

I request you to take action against this. As per rigths to information, I would appreciate, if I am informed about the action taken in this regards,
