Refund for TDR

Hello,

I had filed for TDR through irctc website on 26th Dec but still not received any response. The status has always been "Forwarded to Railway". I have sent many emails to them but the response has been very poor. They have provided me a request no. IRCTC #1177532. It's been around 7 months now. Can somebody help with this?
