Double booking on a single berth

Dear Sir,

My name is Bhavesh Patel, I traveled in train number Arravalli express (train no: 9708) dated 12-12 from boarding from Siddhpur to Bandra terminus. My ticket number is 30198 and allocated berth was S9-22 but When I boarded the train my berth was already occupied by another passenger with a ticket for the same berth. But when I cross checked with the TT of the train, I was told that there is no validity for the manual ticket which was issued to me, as it was ticket under siddhpur quota. The TT told me that I will be given a berth after 9 hours of journey, which was almost the end of the travel duration. I later came to know that I was not only one to undergo this situation but there were another 13 fellow passengers who underwent the same condition, all of them boarded the train from Siddhpur. Although I had a valid ticket I had to travel like a passenger with a waiting list passenger. I had meeting next day and was not able to attend it as I spent my entire night standing.
