Dear sir;
I had purchased a maruti Ritz VXI during January from your dealer "Hercules international" at Alapuzha of alapuzha distt of Kerala state.
During march i was informed by M/s Hercules international that I have won a prize of 2.5 grams gold coin in the lot held for the owners of maruti Ritz.accordingly they have asked me to sign the receipt documents and I have signed the same. They had told me that the prize will be reaching me with in a month directly from maruthi suzuki ltd.
It is being expressed with much regret that I have not received the gold coin so far. I do suspect that some body might have taken the same on my behalf.
pl let me know whether you have despatched the prize to me in my permenant address and if not despatched pl let me know when you will send the same.
