Non delivery of gas cylinde

Dear sir,

We are purchasing domestic LPG Cylinders from M V Enterprises, Avadi

Account No is 6774 (customer no). Customer name: K.N.Siva kumar

Concern 1:

I have booked the new cylinder on 27th April. And the officials say that bill is generated on 8th may itself, but the gas cylinder is not yet delivered to us (24th of MAY).

We daily remind them by going in person. Still there is no proper response. These people just avoid the issue by saying that the delivery boy will come today or tomorrow. They dont pick up the call also. Its very irritating to say that what these persons are doing? is this the way they process the booking and delivery of gas cylinder? In this situation too they are following strictly, ie.they say that gas can be booked only after 20 days from the date of delivery.

I request u to settle the issue as soon as possible.

We need the delivery of gas cylinder to be made promptly.
