REFUND OF TICKET AMOUNT

SIR,

I have booked a ticket on 27.12.09 from Amabala Cant to Gwalior PNR no.2401715423, Date of Journey 07/01 through irctc's site. As train was late more than 3 hours i have filed TDR on 08/01 ref no.ekt201001800942855 but till date i have not received my amount refunded. I have talked to customer care many times but they did not responed. I have also talk and confirm from TDR dept Bilaspur that railway department have refunded the full amount to irctc i.e Rs 1300/- vide pay order no.347709 on 16/03. but till date it is not credited in my account.
