Deduction of double fai

Today i have booked a ticket from durgapur to singrauli through irctc.co.in. but they have deducted double of the actual fare from my sbi ATM card account. at a result am totally surprised. but they have massaged me on my mobile that only one ticket is reserved. but the sbi bank inform me through sending consequently two sms that the deducted amount is double of the actual fare. is there any way to refund my money to my account?
can any one pls help me out of this problem?
