Transaction failed

Hi,

I booked my ticket on 1st Dec from Bangalore to shimoga, Journey date is 11-Dec. My ICICI bank details shows the debit of Rs 777. My transaction id was 0163964904. But the ticket status is 'settlement requested' from the bank. How can i get this amount back? Now i have booked another ticket for the same date.
