My name is Bhanu Pratap Singh. I booked 2 tickets in KOTA JANSHTBDI (train no.-2060) for 17 Nov from NZM to KOTA in 2S class. My PNR Number is 231-2724189. My tickets were confirmed and seat number D2, 103 & D2, 104 were alloted to me. But on boarding the train i found that there was no seat number 104. The last one was 103. Even the chart on the coach shown the confirmation of the seats, one of which doesn't existed. Who is responsible for this fraud and the harrasement caused? What kind of action can i take whatsoever?
