No Refund for Train Cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that I booked the following tickets in Indian railways :

Forward Journey:

Date : 28-Nov-10

Train Name and Number : 8478 kalinga Utkal Express

Boarding Station: Ghatsila

Reservation upto: Puri

PNR : 2642007671

Booking date : 12-Nov

And return journey details as :

Date : 01-Dec-10

Train Name and Number : 8477 kalinga Utkal Express

Boarding Station: Puri

Reservation upto: Ghatsila

PNR : 6249540021

Booking date : 12-Nov

The Train were canceled by Indian railways, and I lodged a complaint with etickets@irctc.co.in giving the same details and asking for refund, left aside the trouble I had to face because of the cancellation. But, till date, I am not sure whether I will get my hard earned money back or not.

Please help me to get my due.
