Complete makeover required for IRCTC online reservation website. it just does not have the capacity to work at the time of peak hours, especially 0800 hrs to 1000 hrs in the monrning.
The moment Tatkal options gets started whole website goes for a toss. Today again the same problem.
Why is some action not being taken agaisnt the people who are responsible for this. Need immediate rectification, else Agents will make best use of it and common man will be the one to suffer as always.
