Dear Sir,
On 20th October, I booked 4 Train Tickets ONLINE on my personal name (Name and Address) mentioned below. Since I had shifted to new accommodation, my addressed needed to be changed in my Online Profile in the IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd.). After I changed my profile, (address) the IRCTC blocked my Login Id, because after changing your profile they normally send you new password. Since, my tickets had to be printed, I started requesting the IRCTC through e/mails but till date they have not send me my Login ID and Password to operate my account.
I have written them at least 7 e/mails and they have asked me number of times to send my:
1: Name: 2: E/mail id, 3: Address: 4: Telephone Number etc. and which I have sent at least 4 times and they have not yet sent me any Login Id or Password. My journey starts on 9th October to 13th October. Thus, it is so important that I need to have my ACCOUNT BE OPERATIVE, BECAUSE, IN CASE IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY TICKET, WHAT METHOD I SHOULD USE TO REGISTER MY PARTICULARS. Please help me to get my Login Id and password from IRCTC. Thank you vary much.
