The rly.enquiry No 139 do not provide any response at BSNL Landline at Indore. If you want any information on phone No 139 the response is "your querry is invalid please try again' where as if you dial 139 on BSNL Mobile Phone response is availiable for which cost Rs 5/00 to Rs 6/00 are charged through yr mobile Phone bil

This has been reported to Indore Railway Station Manager and they conveyed that they can not help in this regard.

This type of problem started after New Railway Minister Mamta Banerjee took charge of Railway Ministry

This matter should be investigated in detail as to why information is not provided on BSNL Land Line Phones and Information is made availiable on BSNL Mobile Phone at huge cost.
