I have been issued a Indian Oil Xtra Rewards Card by a person after collecting money from me. After I was never able to use this card at any of the Indian Oil outlets. They used to say that it is not activated. I called up Toll Free number plenty of times and there was no proper response and they never activated this card, since from last one year. It is just a waste of money and never fall into this kind of traps made by Indian Oil Corporation.
