Dirty tracks

I was travelling by Matsyaganda on the 6th of jan. Before the train could arrive the tracks were full of excreta (slang: deep shit) i happened to speak to a cleaner but he refused to pick up the poop and deals with only papers and bottles. Can the indian railways look into this as the platform stinks very badly even after the train arrives
