Late/no delivery

I have booked maruti shwift dezire from more than 3 months by depositing 50000 at ETERNEL MOTORS-BHAVNAGAR (GUJARAT)

They were committed that, car will delivery in january. At present they are saying that car is not available & no tantative date of delivery. They are saying that we didn't received car from the COMPANY this month & we don't know when tha COMPANY will sent SWIFT DEZIRE to us.
