Refund of cancellation

This is with regards to the 2 transactions done from my SBI credit card dated 28th April'2011 and 1st June'2011 in booking air tickets for Indigo flight through Easy trip planners and Indigo Airlines.

Total Amount of transaction = 13, 899/-.

As per the cancellation rules laid down by the flight carriers an amount of Rs.750/- per sector is deducted upon cancellation so for 4 sectors an amount of Rs.3000/- should be applicable as the cancellation amount and the rest be credited back in the cardholder's account.

It has been more than 2 months since the tickets were cancelled but the balance amount of Rs. 10899/- has not been credited back into my account yet. I regularly pay my credit card dues and expect a similar form of alertness on your behalf.

I kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest and get back to me with the credited amount.
