Hi my name is Zahoor Ahmad Malik had a flight from Srinagar to Delhi on 28th September departing at 14.25 under PNR number CH97DS, i reached the airport at 13:45, screening of the luggage was done tagging of the luggage was done too however one of the facilitator who was very rude did not allow me to board the flight as he said i was late by 15 minutes though i was not, due to some of the medication i reached the airport 5 minutes late as the scheduled time is 45 minutes prior to the departure, he wasted my 20 minutes in the argument and then went to the manager however came back at 14:35 and said that nothing could be done. I will be lodging the complaint to the consumer court as well however i have to first inform you people so that the further action could be taken. I spoke to the manager as well after the flight left and threw the E ticket on her face, I want a solution on the humanitarian basis or else i will go to the consumer court,
