Very bad experience in booking tickets to Mumbai

We called Indigo airlines for ticket reservations directly in a hope that we will get prompt and transparent service. But it was our sheer mistake as we had very bad experience. We booked 4 tickets on 7th October for 10th Oct from Delhi to Mumbai and return tickets of 15th Oct from Mumbai to Delhi.

We booked tickets on 7th oct and paid total amount by credit card. But we didn't get the tickets by mail till midnight 8th Oct. They kept us in a dark that they are sending us mail within an hour but they didn't. And despite of having full payment in advance indigo airlines has put our tickets on hold only. And when we called and ask why we are not confirmed then they replied that their accounts department is on leave. Is it a answer after having full payment from passenger and just casually ignore it. What kind of corruption this airlines is indulging in. If your flights are running 7 days a week your accounts department is on leave since friday evening till monday morning. And if you have shortage of accounts department then why do you accept bookings. My PNR number is HIMKDP. I am travelling with two kids and they put in such hassle that one should think twice to travel by INDIGO with kids. No Transparency No Service No accountability.
