INJUSTICE TO THE PASSENGER

Dear Sir,

I had booked a ticket by INDIGO 6E-435 from bangalore to Indore on 16th January. The flight was scheduled for departure at 6 20 am. I reached the airport at 4am and was in que for obtaining a boarding pass. At the counter they made me wait for more than 25 minutes to accommodate some other passengers for some other flight. These passengers collected their boarding passes without following the que.

I was given the boarding pass at 5 45 am. Then i had to come in que for completing the security check. Here they did not allow me to bypass the que even though i told them that my flight is scheduled for departure at 6 20 am. The display boards were not indicating the status of 6E-435 and there were no mike announcements too about the flight departure.

After completing my security check, when i reached the counter i was told that i had missed my flight and i was left in lurch. They collected my boarding pass and sent me out of the airport. I missed my journey and money was not refunded. Then I again purchased a ticket to indore by paying Rs 8220 by Jet airways and travelled to delhi by 9W 7008 and from delhi to indore by 9W reaching indore at 5pm.

My important meeting was cancelled and I lost Rs 8220

I suffered an irreparable injury and underwent lot of agony and all this happened because of indigo crew. Kindly answer me who will pay for my losses. The indigo people should explain. In anticipation of receiving the compensation, kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and waiting for your reply
