Sir,
I had a flight booking at Indigo Airways on 24 jan under PNR H194LH from New Delhi to Imphal. The flight was to depart at 5:35am but due to fog it was deplayed. When I enquired the Indigo Customer care, I was informed that the flight was delayed till 8 AM.
Due to heavy fog i reach the airport at 7 AM and went to indigo counter for check in but they refuse to take my check in. They even refuse to refund as it is their airlines policy.
Sir it is not our problem, it was the nature's problem that disturb the schedule. If they can delay the flight due to fog then in the meantime there was commutation problem in the road too. Please look into the matter why indigo refuse to take the check in and why my money was not refund if the flight was in new delhi when i report to the counter.
