I had booked a return ticket in 6E 137 (from Nagpur to Pune) under Name of Pradyumna M on 7th Aug the flight got cancelled. When I enquired to reschedule it for 8th August Morning flight ie 11:00 Am I got reply from customer care as no Seat available. Later I gave call again at around 17:50 and canceled my ticket. Later my colleague Ms. Rutuja who was travelling in same Flight told me that Indigo has rescheduled her flight for 11:00 AM pune flight (Of course after lot of discussion). Later to check i called from my friends Mobile number 09822221863 (Wahab) at 18:40 so got second shocker when the customer care confirmed me availability of 1 ticket @ Rs 8000/.
Great Disappointment from the approach of the airline. Such a cheat they are
