Non delivery of parcel booked

SIr,

I booked parcel for sending my motorcycle from Palakkad to Tirupati, i came to learn from the parcel office of palakkad station that my motor cycle was send in sabari express, but the motorcycle was not handed over to tirupati station and i got information from Tirupati station authorities that it has gone directly to Hyderabad station. Please take immediate action.
