Non Delivery of LPG Gas Cyclinder by Swantra gas agency kanpur u.p india

I have booked my cylinder on 20.03.2012 & still not received, after contacting with the agency they said it has been delivered on 06.04. but i did not receive.

Also their delivery time is arround 15 days. & for new booking they want minimum 20 days delivery from the date of previous delivery.

How i will cook my food
