This is to bring in your notice that Hazira Railway Booking counter is not working as per the schedule and their staff is also very rude.
I’m Manish Gupta, has to reach Delhi urgently on 16/4. But due to Hazira Railway Booking counter staff that go canceled. Following are the list of transactions happened between 7:15 am to 8:15 am.
Time Activity
7:15 am I reached at Hazira Railway Booking counter to book my ticket for 15/4 in Tatkal.
7:45 am The staff came.
7:50 am The staff came out of their cabin and sat down outside the counter.
I reminded them that tatkal booking will start at 8:00 am so pls. open the counter. But they did not open it.
As you are aware of tatkal booking starts at 8:00 am onwards. They refused and behaved very rudely with me.
They said “Whatever you want to do, do it. This counter will be open after 8:30 am.only” Then I said “But by the time tatkal booking will be over”.
Then they said “Ask the officers to provide us the rooms in the railway premises so that we can come on time and starts the work. If you wants to complain anybody just go ahead. Nobody will take the action.”
Now you can see, how much daring they are, they can challenge higher authorities. Because of their wrong attitude I did not get the ticket and I’ve to stay back in Surat for one more day. On 16/4 april in delhi I’ve urgent appointment which I need to cancel it and bear the loss. Now kindly let me know who is going to bear this loss.
Now I need the compensation of Rs. 5000 and action against the Hazira Railway Booking counter staff. So that in future nobody else faces such problem.
