I had paid IGL Rs. 359.81 online through "Visa Bill pay" on Sept 30, but it has not been credited yet in my IGL Account (BP no. 7000008135).

Transaction Date: 09-30 19:53:41

Then I had to make duplicate payment online through IGL Website on October 14 of same amount Rs. 359.81 to avoid any penalty by them. Ref: MCIT1006137325.

Hence, I have made them double payment for my September bill of Rs. 359.81, but they have not responded and not credited my double payment.

I am out of Rs. 359.81.

I have been calling and there phone is not being answered. I have been writing and they are not responding.

What am I to do?
