I am told that the online payment on September 30 to “Indraprastha Gas Limited” through “Visa Pay Bill Facility” was not processed successfully. It has been deducted from my HDFC bank Account using my debit card. I have confirmed transaction receipt. IGL and HDFC Bank both are playing a game with my emotions?
I had to pay this IGL bill again on Oct 14 to avoid any penalty or disconnection by Indraprastha gas Limited.
Who and How will pay me back for the extra payment of Rs. 359.18?
I have written to IGL many times, but being sole distributor of PNG, IGL is behaving like a Govt organization and not paying heed to my requests/complaints.
