Payment without booking

I was booking two tickets from Kolkata to Hyderabad for round trip. From Kolkata, the date is 18th August and from Hyderabad the date is 27th August. The passengers are:

Mr Surajit Chatterjee

Dr Ujjal Debnath

I had chosen IC217 for CCU to HYD

and IC218 for HYD to CCU.

I had chosen restricted fares (INR 5355.00) for IC217 and (INR 3526.00) for IC218. Total web fare was (INR 17762.00)

I was paying by an Axis Bank credit card and after completing all required steps when I clicked the final payment, I found that my payment is "declined" by Air India. Surprisingly, within a few moments I got an SMS from Axis Bank stating that the payment has been made.

Afterward, I called to the number 18001801407, and I came to know that no booking has been made.
