After filling petrol @ vijayalakshmi agency, vepery, chennai (bill no 36541 on 23-4 i asked for free air.the staff told that the system is not operating hence could not be filled.when i asked for manager's mobile no to complain the staff started telling we don't know. But after few seconds they switched on the system and filled air.
