Dear sir/madam

Subject: Misbehaviour and threat issued by ASM/ SM posted at railway station Babugarh (NR Muradabad)

I have complaint against your railway employee working in the capacity of Assistant Station Master/ Station Master who was discharging duties on dated 21/4 at 20:30 (name not confirmed) posted at railway station Babugarh situated in northern railway Muradabad Division. On said day after boarding from 2HM passenger from Hapur to Muradabad I arrived at Babugarh railway station and requested the station master to make Quarterly Season Ticket from Babugarh to New Delhi. He took my Identity card with showed his reluctance brazenly and reacted in very irressponsible manner told me to wait because as per his version he is master of his will and do the work only on his accord and sweet will. It is pertinent to mention here that at the time of request made by me no other passenger was available there for tickets booking and for other purpose and he was merrily busied with idle gossips with other staff. After 15 minutes, I again made request to him to act on my case for making QST. But not only he misbehaved with me but also used filthy language and told me that " this is not the time to make QST and I will not make it". He abused me and also threatened me with dire consequences and he can fabricate wrong police case against me. When I said that I will complain against him. He at once shouted me and lifted a chair to assualt me. But other available staff pacifed him not to do it. After this unpleasant incident, I took my old MST and Identity card and came out from station in a very pensive mood. It is also given to me by the fellow passengers as well as other people that he normally misbehaves with the passengers but nobody has made complaint against him due to his intimidation and fear. In the light of above mentioned facts may I request you to take appropriate action as deem fit against him at the earlist possible and this errand official may be transferred to other station since it is causing great hardship and trouble to passengers which may tarnish the name of Indian railway. I may please be kept posted about the Action taken report (ACT) in this matter in the time bound manner. I and the passengers from this rural area will be obliged to you. A copy of this letter shall be kept by me for record purpose.
