IOC Indane Gas
Not delever properly

I am a consumer of IOC gas at chennai my dealer Venkat gas agency at triplicane is not response properly. I have booked gas via phone and directly also, but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders. I had done the booking on 20.04.2010.On a previous occassion also I had same problem. This is not only happened to me but also happened to so many custyomers. I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market. Please look into my complaint and take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest.
