No response on given contact Tel. No and misbehave

Indane Gas Agency, Muradnagar has given Tel. No. 01232-2261669, 2261905 and Mob. No.9012821100, 9012584466. All these no. are for the use of booking gas or other enquary for customer. As you are awere that Gas booking by Internet or mobile (by SMS) not possible for every consumer. As muradnager is located on NH-58 between Ghaziabad and Meerut. It is a very small city.

In this connection I want to say that destribution of gas is being done in very pathetic and rude manner. Gas is being supplied after 15 to 20 days not easly but you have to remind 10 times minimum by many ways. When you try to contact on given Tel no./Mob. no, you will get engaged or no body picking up. You may get only after long-long attempt. There is a Incharge of this, What is he? we donnot know but his name is MR. RAJAT JUNEJA..He was abusing and threatening to customer, when he was contected on his Mob. No. 9999221240.There are so many problem are here with this Gas Agency.

DUE TO LACK OF MONITERING SYSTEM BY RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY, THIS TYPES OF CONDITIONS ARE ARISING EVERY WHERE IN EVERY FIELD OF OUR LIFE. WE WANT SERIOUS ATTENTION AND ACTION.

HOPE FOR JUSTICE FOR CONSUMER AS WELL AS IOCL.
