I Have booked a ticket from bhopal to agra cantt on 21/08

FARE 2832/- FOR TWO ADULTS

The train was late by 5hours 45 min. so i cacelled my ticket but still till date i havent recived my refund of rs-

2832/- AS PER RAILWAY RULES IF THE TRAIN IS LATE BY MORE THAN 3 HOURS U WILL GET THE FULL REFUND. So please see to the matter and do the needfull.
