Taking a wrong charge

Sir,

I have booked a ticket PNR - 8248384110 in Tatkal Quata from Ahmedabad to Bharuch in 9012/Gujarat Express dated on 18.10.2010 and i travelled in AC Chair Car by E-ticket with "Original" proof of "Licence", Zerox copy of PAN Card and Original Company "Identity card", then also the Ticket checker of 9012/Gujarat Express had taken a fine of 470Rs and also talking to me in a Bad mannar and threatened to me. The name of TC is "M.B.Rathor". So, kindly take a corrective action on him and give me a positive reply.

As a Good Indian citigen i complained you regarding this mannar. So, kindly give me positive reply regarding this mannar and take corrective active based on complaint.
