Amount Debited however no booking done nor money refunded

Hi,

I have booked TIRUPATI-GOVINDAM PACKAGE (2 Nights/1 Day) on Friday

evening March 22 through www.railtourismindia.com in Guest login.

Transaction ID's displayed: 0000384176 & 0000383846.

Rs 4100/- got debited from my ICICI bank account immediately, however

no confirmation about my booking details till now. Am becoming

increasingly anxious every passing second. Please look into this on

high priority and revert immediately.
