I tried to book two tickets from ernakulam to tirupathi kerala express on 21st march i came upto the page of payment confirmation and i submit for confirmation also, i took very long time for processing and finally it redirects to this site. i didnt even had my ticket booked, instead my money was deducted feom my account. please refund my money to my account. my irctc user name is rummy011
