Ticket not booked but a/c debited

Hi i m bikash jha tried to book a ticket from lsi to anvt but unable to book due to some error msg i got from ur end. my a/c has been debited and still i don't know that why ticket has not been booked . if ticket is not booked pla refund the money than pnly i can try next time.
