Non refund for cancelation

i booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Chennai on 26 jan`2010 and my journey date was 28jan`2010.

but on the day 28 the train was late more then 8 hours. so, i catch some buses and came to chennai.

I file a TDR on 29th jan` and waiting for my refund amount. now more then a month over, still the status is in process. when the process will get finish and when i get my money.

i called and ask railway customer care, but no replay from them.

kindly look into this mater and do the needful.
